Higuruma Hiromi is a prominent character in the *Jujutsu Kaisen* manga. Introduced during the Culling Game arc, he's a highly intelligent and enigmatic lawyer who became a jujutsu sorcerer seemingly overnight.

Prior to his awakening, Higuruma was disillusioned with the legal system, believing it failed to deliver true justice. His Cursed Technique, bestowed upon him by Kenjaku, reflects his legal background. It manifests as a courtroom scenario where he acts as the prosecutor.

Higuruma's Cursed Technique, *Judgeman*, is incredibly powerful. It summons a shikigami that acts as a judge, applying a set of rules to his opponent based on alleged crimes. Based on Judgeman's ruling, penalties ranging from confiscation of cursed techniques to execution can be issued. He quickly masters the technique and it allows him to rapidly gain an immense amount of power.

His complex morality and search for true justice make him a compelling and morally grey character. He becomes an ally to Yuji Itadori, but his methods and convictions are often at odds with traditional jujutsu sorcerer approaches.
